Award-Winning Sales Professionals join Meet Chicago Northwest as Account Executives
Schaumburg, IL (December 20, 2017) – Meet Chicago Northwest, the official destination marketing organization for Chicago’s northwest suburbs, has selected Jennifer Needham and Carlos A. Madinya to join the organization’s sales effort as Account Executives.
Jennifer Needham comes with over 10 years of hospitality industry experience. Most recently, she was an Account Manager with Starwood’s Chicago Global Sales Office, where she was the top seller for her team in 2016. Previously, she was the Manager of Convention Services for The Westin Lombard, where she garnered a “Stars of the Industry” nomination from the IL Hotel & Lodging Association. Other notable experience includes being a National Sales Manager for The Silversmith Hotel Chicago. Before joining the hospitality market, Jennifer worked in the advertising and marketing field on global accounts.
Carlos A. Madinya joins with ten years professional hospitality industry sales and marketing experience. Most recently, he was the opening Director of Sales & Marketing for the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton in Schaumburg. He has also been a Director of Sales & Marketing for Hilton, Marriott and InterContinental Hotel Group branded hotels. Carlos recently served on the Board of Directors of the Schaumburg Business Association where he was recognized both as the “2017 Leader of the Year” and nominated for the “ 2016 Rookie of The Year”.
