Northwest Chicago, Illinois (Oct. 14, 2017) – For its 10-Year Anniversary, the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE) is honored to have Congressman Krishnamoorthi celebrate with SASE at the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of the largest Asian American STEM Career Fair in North America. With an expected attendance of 3,000 attendees from all across the United States, this momentous kick-off event will be the icing of a decade milestone. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will begin at 9:45 a.m. in front of Adventure Hall at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center.
The STEM Career Fair will conclude a three-day conference and will include 80+ companies and organizations recruiting for leaders seeking internship and full-time opportunities. “In the past 10 years, SASE has grown from a dream into a reality that has impacted thousands of students,” SASE Executive Director, Khanh Vu, says. “There is still much left to accomplish but with the support of our sponsors, individual donors, and passionate volunteers, we [will] take SASE to the next level.”

The Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE) was founded in November 2007 and has since founded 84 collegiate chapters, as well as, 5 professional chapters.
